OUR STORY
Filling The Gap, One City At A Time
We are a group of young-minded cancer baddies who were longing for a fun and fresh take on living with the effects of cancer. Being a community of mostly young and midlife adults, we felt ready for new types of gatherings, mental health approaches, and cancer-related goods. So, in an act of loving rebellion, we decided to do something about it - and voila!
Love League was born!

MENTAL HEALTH IS AS IMPORTANT AS
PHYSICAL HEALTH
Love League is determined to address not only the issues of mental health in the cancer population, but to make it financially and geographically accessible to all.
We are an inclusive community organization in Portland, Oregon, dedicated to improving the mental health and wellness of young and midlife adults affected by cancer.
We provide culturally responsive programs, certified peer-led support groups and mental health resources that reduce stress, strengthen resilience, and foster belonging.
With the understanding that self image is also mental well being, we provide modern, empowering cancer-related essentials for sale — from stylish head wraps and recovery robes to locally sourced organic oils to heal the skin after treatment. Every item is curated to support healing, dignity, and self-expression; a vital part of healing.

ALL INCLUSIVE
At Love League, we do all we can to ensure that no one feels alone, that everyone who walks through our doors feels loved and seen, and to have some fun while doing it!
We include everyone in the cancer community, regardless of gender, race or religion, as well as support persons, family, and spouses.
Everyone who works at Love League has experienced cancer, so the moment you walk through the door, you know that person “gets it”.
