Gatherings
While we know that cancer is trash, we also know that our community most definitely is not! There is so much joy to be found in gathering together and just having fun, so we make sure to routinely get things on the calendar just for funzies. Our bi-monthly “happy hours” are a time to come together, and our ongoing fundraising events promise to be nothing but a blast. We encourage bonding, sharing, giggling, and maybe even a little dancing! We do have a disco ball after all!
Cancer Related Goods
Our community is ready for updated cancer-related goods for the modern cancer baddie. Think local, organic oils and lotions, high fashion head wraps, bold robes, cute and cozy jammies, fun accessories and so much more. Whether you are looking for personal items or shopping for a loved one who has experienced cancer, we got you! Come on in and check it out!
Support Groups
We focus on mental health because, well, cancer can really mess with your mentals, and we’ve seen the extent to which it can disrupt one’s life. We offer in-person support groups that are run by an experienced certified life coach, where you can get real results while simultaneously building community. Groups vary, ranging from subgroups (Metastatic, LBGTQIA+, BIPOC etc.) to all cancer community groups. Educational workshops including topics around career, kids, intimacy and more, are also routinely offered.
Community Space
We are a brick-and-mortar community space (ummmm, yes to IRL!). Whether you are looking for a little moral support on the way to the doctor, to learn a lil' something in our educational workshops, or are just looking to sit with a cup of tea and be around someone who gets it, we are here for you. As long as our doors are open, you are always welcome to swing by and just “be” for as long as you need. *Permanent site pending- email us for more details*
